Our goal is your total satisfaction.

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request a return through the questionnaire "how to return an order" from the session menu or by mail to carmen@monamoon.es within a period of no more than 15 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in case you think it is necessary to help us continue to improve. The shipping costs derived from said return in the peninsula are also free if the order exceeds € 45, otherwise and for the rest of the destinations, the customer must be responsible.

Items must be returned:

In its original state, together with any accessories related to them, and cannot be used. With their original labels. In its complete original packaging. Attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.

In the event that Mona Moon has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us carmen@monamoon.es for the return and / or exchange. Mona moon will bear the costs of both the shipping and the return for any of the shipping destinations.

The refund is made immediately upon receipt of the item but may take up to 15 days depending on the bank.

Can I exchange one bag for another?
