Delivery times

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Items purchased in the mona moon online store are sent by courier or post with a deadline of:

24 to 48 hours in the peninsula.

2-4 business days in the Balearic Islands

4-6 business days Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

5-7 days European Union

Important: The delivery time of shipments to the rest of Europe and the world will depend on each country and varies between 5 or 20 days, always after confirmed payment. Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you will need to be aware of and bear local customs taxes.

Shipping costs

You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase. The applicable rates are:

Penísula: Free shipping for orders over € 45, for lower orders the rate will be € 5.

Balearic Islands: € 10

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: € 20

European Union: € 25

Europe: € 40

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is your total satisfaction.

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request the return by filling in the return questionnaire in the user menu or by mail to info@monamoon.es within a period not exceeding 14 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in case you think it is necessary to help us continue to improve. The shipping costs derived from said return in the peninsula are also free for orders over € 45, otherwise and for the rest of the destinations, the customer must be responsible. The mask covers, for hygienic reasons, are not allowed to be returned.

Items must be returned:

In its original state, together with any accessories related to them, and cannot be used. With their original labels. In its complete original packaging. Attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.

In the event that Mona Moon has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us info@monamoon.es for the return and / or exchange. Mona moon will bear the costs of both the shipping and the return for any of the shipping destinations.

The refund is made immediately upon receipt of the item but may take up to 15 days depending on the bank.

Can I exchange one bag for another?

Payment Methods
